Time to Try Again

I am re-starting my 40 year diet. I am really hoping and praying that I can get to a much healthier weight. Most of my working out consists of walking to work from my parking garage and walking to my parking garage from work. I also throw in Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Express DVDs. My goal is daily or at least 3 times per week. I am trying to build that back up. I re-started the DVD yesterday morning after a 3 month break. I felt so much better. I need constant motivation and encouragement. Wish me luck.
