    I'm not sure why you would say "only 30 lbs" or that you are ashamed. You should feel incredibly proud and successful. You worked hard for this, and the results are outstanding!

    You're taking charge of who you are, and not everyone does that ... so that's awesome.

    Keeping pictures is a great idea, too. Anytime I'm having one of those days where I feel "fat" I look at mine to remember where I started. :)
