in 2010 i was 10st with 24 -26% body fat im not 8st 12 with 17% bodyfat :)
dont ever give up your goal no matter how big or small its all achievable with effort.

p.s the july pic was meant to say 2010 not 2012 im aware of the mistake cheers.

    omg... Im at 10.2 stone at the moment - 5 7'' and im aiming for 9stone at the moment... You have inspired me to keep going!

    thankyou everyone :) just want to show people that you should never give up your dreams - it took me two year theirs no easy fix , no easy "60 day plan" just hard work , healthy eating and plenty of cardio . :)

    keep going :) its not impossible honestly i know i felt like it was at the time but its so worth it .
