I there I'm new to MFP. Looking for some new friends and motivators. After going on the depo-provera shot I gained a lot of weight and I'm ready to say good bye to every last pound!

    Good Morning, I am looking for some buddies to help keep on track, I have been on again off again on MFP...but I really want to lose weight..and since I spend a great deal of time taking steroids for inflamation...I get discouraged easily. Two days I have logged in and watched what I ate, and exercised. I am optimistic this time, however I am sure that will be replaced over time with doubt as it usually happens. I am asking for encouragement and prayers in my wt. loss journey...Wish me luck.
