Went in for my six month blood pressure/Chloesterol check today.

The results are in and they look great. He didn't decrease any of my meds yet, but I don't have to go back until next summer.

LDL 145 104

They asked how I did it and I told them it was with MFP! Gotta love this site!

    Well that is fa-a-a-a-a-bulous!!! Congrats. Health is so much a better indicator than weight (for me anyway)!
