    Mine hate me too! Especially when they eat at their favorite place, Chili's, and I mention that the meal they are about to consume is almost 2000 calories! :ohwell:

    :laugh: :laugh: I do this too. Along with the weighing after bathroom and before and after I sleep.
  • you weigh yourself 4 times a day - one first thing in the morning, after you go to the bathroom in the morning, after your workout in the evening, and before you go to bed at night :)

    Amazingly, one can obtain 4 readings off the scale ... :noway:
  • aaaaaahhhh!!! I do all of this too...plus if i forget to weigh myself before i drink or eat something in the morning and then weigh myself, that weight can't "count" as my "check-in" weight! :noway:

    ....when you have TWO gym bags for gyms in different buildings!!!! So you won't forget anything from the bag you left at the other gym!!!
