Weight Training Novice

Any tips? A good routine to follow? In regards to starting weight training.

    Bodybuilding.com is a site that sells a bunch of supplements, but they also have a bunch of videos suggesting what exercises to do depending on the muscle you are interested in.

    i used to try to do everything in one day, but that quickly becomes too much. I do chest/triceps one day, back/biceps/ shoulders another day, legs/abs/glutes another day.
    Youtube also has a tons and tons of helpful vids.
  • greatweightlifting.com is another site I'd recommend for starters.....

    Thank you all for the suggestions! I've started run/walk to kick start but know weight training is important as well.
