Good fitness booster and Fat Burner!

A good interval work on the treadmill is 2 min warm up and stretch.

400m level 12
1min rest
300m level 12
1min rest
200 level 16
30 secs rest
200m level 16
30 secs rest
300m level 12
1min rest
400m level 12
(rest for 3 mins then repeat the process)

This interval program is unreal, the stamina and fitness levels go through the roof.

I normally when start this out do just this once then build up to the advised 2 sets.

    how does that convert? we dont use "m" here

    Unless you want really silly looking numbers, start off by just using 'y' where the op used 'm'. ;)

    400m = 0.40km
    300m = 0.30km
    200m = 0.20km

    etc..... hope this helps

    400m is once around a track or a quarter mile.
