7 Month Progress with pic

It's been 7 months since I started this wonderful journey. December 1st I weigh in at 155lbs. The middle pic I was at 160. The two side pictures were taken this morning before my workout. I'm currently at 130.4lbs and 22.95% body fat. My goal is to be at 20% body fat.

I've had a really rough life. Surgery on my ankle that made it so I was bed ridden for a few months. Divorce and then breast cancer. I'm finally feeling great and I'm loving me again!

Anything is possible if you set your mind to it!
