    What got you started? I truly believe, body, mind and spirit has to be in the right place as one to get you going! I lost over 60 lbs. and I just had to plan with some activities that would make me accountable to my success!

    I hope you are still enjoying fishing..............but I bet not for fish now!!!!

    Good luck and I am so proud of you! That takes dedication, planning and love for yourself! I wish you as much success in life as you accomplished losing this weight!

    Wow do you ever look happier, healthier and a lot younger. I was almost 300 pounds a few years ago at 6' and my goal is to get to about 190 and seeing these pictures just pushes me even more! Thanks for the motivation and keep up the great work!
