    Truly amazing!!!!! Its great to read that you did this for you and have the support of your significant other. I really don't know what my husband is waiting for. The older you get the harder it is to lose weight. I find myself doing everything alone. An exercise buddy makes the workouts more fun and fly by (if they are not complaining about everything). A healthier lifestyle is not easy but once you get the hang of it - its all you know! Great JOB!

    What got you started? I truly believe, body, mind and spirit has to be in the right place as one to get you going! I lost over 60 lbs. and I just had to plan with some activities that would make me accountable to my success!

    I hope you are still enjoying fishing..............but I bet not for fish now!!!!

    Good luck and I am so proud of you! That takes dedication, planning and love for yourself! I wish you as much success in life as you accomplished losing this weight!
