high fiber foods

My doctor says I need to eat foods with high fiber for some stomach issues. Any recommendations besides broccoli that don't have a TON of carbs also?

I'd recommend also taking probiotics, because a lot of fiber may cause bloating. Good luck!

You can put it in anything! The fiber chews are good too..
