Meal Replacement Smoothie

Hi,
I have heard different things about Shakeology and Vi; but they are pricey. I know that Shakeology has a lot more benefits but is there anything out there that will do the same or pretty much the same? What is everyone's thoughts on meal replacement shakes. I still do not know if I could drink a meal and be done, I think I would still need to actually eat something.

    Do you have a blender? Fruit, oats, milk, spinach, protein powder = cheap and very much a meal!

    I don't think I could drink a meal either. I tried once and ended up drinking a meal and eating a meal :)
