It topped out at 108F in St. Louis Missouri. We had some perfectly healthy zucchini plants literally die today because of the heat. We are supposed to have the next 7 days above 100F without a drop of rain.

    According to the weather channel the high today was 96 and its currently 94. Not sure how the temp has only dropped 2 degrees since the high at 3:45 today :(

    weather.com says 113 for phoenix today. big number but much more bearable than 95 with high humidity.
