Hi all,

So i have decided with 12 weeks to go until my holiday i am going to start clean eating (based on James Duigan clean and lean pretty much)....i just wondered are the following considered clean?

1) salsa (shop brought but the fresh one)
2) hummus (i think it is but is it the normal one not low fat one i need?)
3) yogurt - is it greek, plain or natural i need?
4) grilled halloumi cheese (im thinking probably not...)
5) olives

Thank you so much! xxx

  • I think all of those would be considered clean to most people but for me, clean is a whole food plant-based diet.

when in doubt, just read the ingredient label. the fewer ingredients, the better. stay away from oils that have hydronated or partially hydronated in their name, added sugar isnt for your body its so the stuff tastes good enough to swallow.....fresh is best....nothing in a box is a general rule
  • Thanks guys! Yep i thought the grilled cheese would be out hehe! xxx
