I am new to NROLFW!

Just looking for new friends who are doing the New Rules of Lifting for Women. I started today (with much trepidation!) and I am pretty excited about it! I've been tracking with MFP since January, lost 15 lbs. Fell off the boat in April/May, and am just getting started again. I especially need help with the diet/recovery portion.

Friend me if you've started NROLFW or want to start =) I want to lose fat, but maintain/build my lean muscle mass.

I am about 190 lbs, 5'4".
