    There's nothing like looking back as a means to keep driving forward, you know? I have a picture like that of me 30 pounds overweight that I hold near and dear to my heart. It wasn't the weight that mattered so much as the lifestyle I was living (not a good one). I'm never going back THERE again. Congrats and keep it up. We're here with ya every step of the way!
