Hi,
Been at this almost two months now and I have have been working pretty hard at it. I am up to 500c's on the treadmill per day and about ready to add a bow flex in the mix. However, I really could use some help every once in awhile.
I would be more than happy to return the favor or a Cheat Glass of Wine when needed.
Thanks
Devon

MFP is a great motivator and keeps you on track. Don't forget to keep the exercise "sustainable", that was a biggie for me as I tended to want to overdue it... and then overdid it...and then couldn't do it for a few days! Completely sabotaging my daily exercise goal! Now I actually limit myself to an hour a day of whatever exercise I choose and since I've decided to do that I haven't missed a single day in months due to "over doing it".
Be patient with yourself. I started at 311 and it's taken me 2 years to go from there to 151 (where I am now) my goal is within sight now (141)!! You will get there. Good luck to you.0
