2 NSVs

Well, I did have a SV today - saw 115 on the scale, a number I thought I'd never see again. I've got a few more pounds until my goal weight, but 115 was VERY nice to see.

Then....2 people at work commented that I've lost weight, both before lunch! It's been 4.5 months and nobody's made mention of it until today.

And, after that....I went shopping and fit into a pair of size 5 pants! :-)
