Hello,

I've been using this app for a month now and I have to say it has helped me. I'm so addicted to logging my intake. I started at 150lbs and I'm 5'2". I haven't weighed myself but I know I lost b/c I can fit into my old clothes. I'm having a hard time losng belly fat without losing anymore of my curves. What do you all suggest??

    I'm at this for year and still have belly fat...patience my dear!! And a lot of exercising! ;)

    I have found the different ab challenges and the Tabata intervals at Skinny Ms helpful. Seeing a big improvement in the last few weeks. Each week I am doing a different Ab Challenge in addition to my normal routine. Check it out.....
