I need advice on cheat days O_O!!

Okay.....I've started back fresh doing taebo and turbofire a few weeks ago and I WAS losing pretty quickly now I've stalled...I've recently even changed my workouts to 2 a day since I'm not working and I obviously have the time and energy to do so. ...I can see the changes in my body so I know I'm doing something right but today I felt completely BORED of the salads and healthy food(even though I've been enjoying them) and I went ahead and ordered a pizza and some wings...I've heard so many different opinions on cheat days and I just wanted input from you guys on whether or not this is something that you've done or do every few weeks or so and if it helps get you out of that boring slump? I don't feel that this will send me spiraling down into cheeseburger and pizza land lol I just need something to excite my tastebuds, so to speak...now the food i've been eating is wonderful...but I know I can't be the only one who gets bored sometimes?? I'm not looking to have days like this every single week or anything but just every now and then so that I don't start feeling like a ROBOT! HAHA! Have cheat days worked for you on your weight loss journey? Input please? greatly appreciated!

I don't believe in cheat days.
Let's say there's a party or event (or even a day where I just want some goddamn cheesecake!) where I know I'm going to eat something unhealthy/sweet, all I do is exercise that day. I try to burn the equivalent of what I ate so it all balances out in the end.
Honestly, I don't think anyone should even be depriving themselves completely of something sweet. The only thing you need to worry about is eating in moderation. That way, you there is no need for cheat days and you don't have to be worried about going over calories or other nutrients.0 -

Honestly, I don't think anyone should even be depriving themselves completely of something sweet. The only thing you need to worry about is eating in moderation. That way, you there is no need for cheat days and you don't have to be worried about going over calories or other nutrients.
That's exactly what I do. I log everything and if I want something "bad", I hold myself accountable to exercise it off. I don't have entire cheat days where I just pig out, I'd probably get sick, my stomach can't handle a lot of unhealthy foods now that I'm so used to eating differently.0 -
For me, regardless of why I fall off-plan, I dust off and start back on the next day. One day of boo boo isn't bad. It's when you have them consistenly one after the other.0

Even epic mealtime adds up the calories when they make a giant, deep fried, bacon covered, grilled cheese sandwich tower.0

Ah haaaa....that's a great way to look at it instead of calling it a cheat day! Lol you guys are funny tho thanks for your advice! Ps...I ate 4 crispy wings a 2 slices of pizza and was NOT impressed so my stomach is probably going through that same process0 -

I echo these sentiments. I tried thinking about "cheat" days when I started this and didn't want to get off track. Now I just balance the extras or treats with exercise. It's totally my lifestyle and not a diet. Good luck!0 -
