Todays handy tip!

Thought I would pass this on...

Just prepared my morning oatmeal and decided I would take it outside to enjoy it. The big difference is that I took a smaller spoon with me! Instead of my normal dessert spoon, I used a spoon slightly smaller than a teaspoon!

It made my eat more slowly and I enjoyed my breakfast a lot more!
