I go about 15 over on protine everyday??

Not bad at all. Some people adjust their ratios and do that on purpose every day. If you are doing any resistance training it may even be a really good idea.
The default ratios are based on averages for everyone.0 -
I wouldn't worry about it. Protein is one of the things that helps your body feel full. The first question my doctor asked when I told her about my calorie limit on MFP was "Are you getting enough protein?"
I told her yup! I'm usually WAAAAAY over my limit in that department.
