    A bump also adds a topic to "My Topics" at the top of the page, and makes it easy to find stuff you're interested in later. You'll also sometimes see someone say "Tagged for later", means the same thing.

    Toppings... I have made these MANY times... top with a little red pepper flakes and feta cheese... a VERY little.... else they get soggy.... I suppose you could use good quality Parmagiano Reggiano, too .:)

    It is usually readily available in the produce section of your grocery store....near other leafy vegetables like mustard greens and escarole :-)
