How do I figure out calories burned?

I have a Chair Dancing DVD. (My mobility is seriously compromised due to my size) The work out is 20 minutes long and is for Core strengthening. I'm not using hand weights or anything at this point.
The problem I'm having is I have NO CLUE how to figure out how many calories the work out burns. There is nothing on their website. I called the company that made the video Thursday and they were supposed to get back to me Friday. Unfortunately, I never heard from them. Any suggestions on how to calculate this?

Using a heart rate monitor is the most accurate of course. You can get a lower end one for ~60. I find that the numbers MFP gave (with the exercises I picked) based on my weight and age were pretty accurate.0

That's as good as anything else out there. Compare this with MFP.
I enter my own exercises and my own calorie burn. I just made up some numbers based on how I plug into various activities on the above calculator.
Works for me.

definitely get a heart rate monitor with chest strap, they start around $20 online and go up as you add features. Just the simple ones are fine for figuring calories burned on cardio type exercises. anything where you keep your heart rate up consistently for a period of time.0
