Hi everyone!

Hi! I'm 41 and I started 3 week ago and lose some weight, it's really hard for me to lose weigh, I'm prediabetic and I've underactive thyroid.
Im a little confuse about how to get to my calories goal i always under my caloric goal, I eat mostly raw vegan way so kind of complicating to meet the protein amount. I exercising 5 days a week between cardio and weight training. Is there anyone who is raw vegan and can give me a little hand here?
