    You look fantastic!!! I'm the same height as you and I specifically remember hitting 190 lbs. It was a milestone for me. You look so much better than I did at that size, your weight is proportioned very well. You're going to keep doing awesome. No one that has lost that much weight will let anything stop them. Keep being an inspiration!

    you look great keep up the work i know it is so tuff but u can do it with the lords help. He keeps me going he never stop being with you even when others fail us. I depend on him and although ive just begin u r a motivation for me!!!
