My baby is 11 weeks old and I've started tracking my calouries at 1450 but was wondering with breastfeeding (exclusively) would I need extra?

You should be eating around 500 extra calories for breastfeeding.0

Add it in to your snacks just search breast feeding on the database, it's about 500 exclusive, 300 when they are eating other stuff0
