      You have done and excellent job and you will meet your goal! I'm so happy your journey has not only inspired your weight loss, but a closer walk with the Lord as well. Remember, when you are weak and feeling dispair, He is your rock. I'm a Christian myself and am a firm believer of that.

      I commend you, you have come a long way....too far to not see it through. I am going to send you a friend request. I love to support and motivate my MFP friends.

      Thanks always remember that u can do this. Even if you may fall, and you will fall because we all do just get back up and learn from the mistake. If you keep getting up then you will see the changes eventually. Stay hopeful and don't lose faith
