    i am currently doing Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels and I am doing Bridge to 10k to work on speed when running.

    Just going to the gym doing circuits here. Also remember, weight loss is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise.

    I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and walk/jog on treadmill 2-3 miles a day.

    I'm doing P90X and extra cardio in the morning (running, power walking or a combo of both). I'm also gonna try working in some HIIT this week.
