I think I may have injured my hamstring? I have quite a strong 'pulling' pain down the back of my right thigh, it came on yesterday during the day with no warning, I did the 30DS on the morning but was fine straight after.
Whats the best thing to do for it? Do I just keep working out as normal or take it easy?
Thanks

Take it easy. Focus on light stretching. Return when you are pain free. If you push it it may get worse. Good luck.0
