I am plain and do this alot with foods especially the foods I take for lunch.0

Weekday mornings is steel cut oats with either PB or honey...yummmo!
On weekends I'll sometimes change it up with a veggie omelette or pancakes.0 -
For me breakfast: peanut butter wheat toast and skim milk
OR baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar.
lunch: turkey sandwich and single serving applesauce or fruit.
I mix it up for supper.0 -
we eat the same breakfast and lunch every single day... our dinners change. it does make shopping easier, and there's no "thought" to go into it so it's not like you can screw it up! works for us.0

I am at the moment as it's easier to deal with lunch at work that way. I make something up, split it into portion containers and each it each day.0

My breakfast and lunch are usually the same, but I try to change things up at dinnertime.0

I have the same breakfast every day--plain non-fat greek yogurt with agave syrup, sliced almonds and berries. Lunches are pretty predictable as well--a big salad with lean protein or an omelette with veggies and either feta or goal cheese.0
