    Down 2 lbs, which was much needed after two weeks in a row of losing .5 lbs. I've got 4 lbs to go in 2 weeks, but I've kicked up the exercise, I'm trying to stay away from the frozen dinners for every meal, and I'm actually drinking water. I'm excited to hit my goal for this 6 weeks.

    I'd definitely be in on that. I have been spending these past five weeks tweaking how this "healthy lifestyle" and calorie intake works, so I'd like another six week goal to see if I got it down yet :)

    Well ladies.... I'm up a pound and we had a pot luck today at work w/ spanish rice, ham and tons of desserts and I made praline candy. WELL we know who is running to personal training right now. LOL. I hope the extra pounds is bc of TOM bc if not I'm gonna wonder where it came from. LOL...

    I am SOOOOOO lucky to have maintained!!! I have been substituting for a head cook in the school cafeteria and it looks like I may be filling in until the New Year! Please pray for her health ( real BAD case of H1N1 went to her lungs & she about died) and for her quick recovery! It seems even the salad's are bad there! Going to have to start putting the sweet lil babes and the teachers on a low calorie food program while I am there! :laugh: I have exercised & drank my water but I am sure it is the high sodium and those cookies are the devil! I am really happy to see all you losers and I wanna be one tooo!:sad: Good job and best wishes in the new week!! I am sure hoping we will start another 6 week challenge right after this one to keep us focused through Christmas!!
