Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y twice - once to do the elliptical (40 min) then did my first yoga class

What would I have done differently? Not eat 3 toll house cookies that my daughter and I baked

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and get to the Y.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y to do the elliptical for about 45 minutes in the morning, then did the elliptical at my house for another 45 minutes in the evening.

What would I have done differently? Not have eaten the two huge blueberry muffins my dad made last night.

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and get to the Y -- unfortunately they're closed until Monday starting tomorrow! Yikes!
