73 lbs lost with pictures

So last year in july I weighed 278 lbs when I hit rock bottom and started a new life where I try my best to make good choices in my life for me and my health!! Today I weigh 205 and I still have 50 lbs to lose but that is no problem, my new lifestyle will take care of those lbs within the next year or so.
I love seeing succes stories and during stories so I decided to post mine:-)
I started out by eating 1500 calories a day and now I aim for 1375-1450 calories and I eat my exercise calories back if I am hungry. I eat mostly clean and cook everything from scratch, I havent been very consistent in my workouts, some months are better than others but I am active in that I am not very sedentary and walk and bicycle everywhere I go ( I live in a small town in Iceland) Anyways I hope this motivates someone:-)

    wow what a change, and I love your attitude. You're right your lifestyle will take care of those last 50 lbs. be sure to post again once you reach that final goal.

    Woe you look simply amazing. At one point I had lost about that much but I didnt look anything close to that good. I have gained a bunch of weight since my last surgery but I am now on the band wagon and I am gonna keep trucking along. Keep up the good work because you look amazing. You will knock out those last few lbs no problem.
