    I JUST moved to Ohio, from the West coast. It would be great to meet some people around me with fitness goals to match mine! I have a lot of weight to lose, still, and I feel like I left almost all of my support structure (family, friends, favorite workout spots) back in Oregon.

    since moving to Parma, though, I've met some really nice people, hired a trainer who's helping me find the right path for my body and my mind, and as always, my Husband has been an INCREDIBLE help and source of constant faith and encouragement.

    if you live near/in Parma, feel free to send me a message, maybe we could get together for coffee, or a walk! :)
