Hi everyone,

I just started the butt bible workout today, is there anyone who has done this or is doing it now that wants to be friends :)

    I'm in my third week! It is amazing! My cellulite was literally gone after a week and half. I can't tell you how much I love this workout! My tushie is also looking rather perky these days :)

    I found it on Amazon.com. Basically it's a six week program with 3 levels each for upper and lower body. You do each level for two weeks, whatever you are comfortable with. Through googling I found you do the program as follows:

    Day 1
    lower body
    Day 2
    upper body
    Day 3
    Cardo or rest
    Day 4
    lower body
    Day 5
    Upper body
    Day 6
    cardio/rest
    Day 7
    rest

    You would then repeat this for another week and then do the same for levels 2 and 3. Hope this helps!
