Hey fitness pals how you all doing today?
I made a half-*kitten* start at a healthier lifestyle a while back but got nowhere. Just psyched myself up for a fresh start and so far its going well. Im doing an insanity/turbo fire hybrid, its really hard but im loving every second and I just treated myself to a HRM which makes such a difference.
My only problem is stiffening up and feeling tight afterwards, they do have a stretch section obviously but its not enough for me and although I know how I should be stretching it just easier to do it if there is someone on the screen telling me to so can anyone suggest a good dvd? they all seem to be pilates\yoga full workouts or extreme stretching (which i do want to work towards . . . eventually) but right now i just want something to stop me ceasing up!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions and also feel free to add me as a friend, I can always do with someone else to kick my butt into gear.

Pilates. I can't say enough about it. I would add this to your routine at least once a week. I'm a runner and was a horrible stretcher for most of my 'fitness life' and when I started running I was injuring my knees constantly. Since starting pilates my knee issue are GONE!0
