    I like running anywhere from 3-4 miles a day for 4 or 5 days a week and then Sunday is my long run day where i usually put out about 6 miles.

    I just started exercising again this week, walking with a few jogging intervals (increasing as I go). Typically my plan is one cross training day and one rest day with activity the rest of the days of the week.

    I'm trying to run between 3 - 4 days a week, and I cross-train the other days. At one point I was running 5 days a week though.

    I usually run 4 days per week.
    Mon, Wed, Thur and Sat
    Usually my weekdays are short runs (no less than 3 miles, though) 3-5 is usually what I am for.
    Satudays are currently 8 mile days. I am trying to increase that to make the eventual 13.1! :-)

    I run anywhere from 3-5 days/week and log 3-4 for my short runs, and 6-8 for long runs. I will be revamping my training schedule soon though. Training for a tri so have to include some swim/bike in there!

    My 1/2 training program has me currently at 3-4 miles 3 times a week with the 4th day being a long run of 5+ miles for now.

  • 5 days a week. 3 days between 3-6 miles, 1 day long run (between 7-11 miles) and 1 day recovery run (between 3-6 miles slow). I'm training for a 1/2 marathon right now, that's why my mileage varies so much. I have 1 cross train day and one rest day.

    Right now, 2 days a week. One run is simple and mostly flat 2.9 miles. The other run is a 3.5 mile hilly run.

    I plan to add a third day.

    I run ever other day so 3-4 days a week depending on the week. I am a new runner though so my body probably can't handle more than that (even though I wish it could!)

    I run anywhere from 3-5 times a week. It depends on what's going on and, more recently, the weather. I've run maybe 2 times in the last week just because it's been so hot! Usually I have 1-2 short run (3 miles), 1-2 medium runs (4-6 miles), then a long run (7-11ish miles) on Saturday or Sunday. The amount of short and medium runs depends on how many runs I do per week. At minimum I'll do one of each :)

    I like to run 5 to 10 miles maybe 5 days a week. It just depends on how busy I am work-wise and at home, to be honest.

    Right now just 3 days per week (ever other) but thinking if upping it. I don't like a 2 day rest on the weekends. It makes Monday runs tough!

    I run 4 times a week, bike 3 times a week, and strength train 3-4 times a week. Running mileage is generally in the 15-25 miles a week depending. Right now it's training time for upcoming 13.1's and a 26.2 in the spring so mileage increases are my friend.

    Every other day. My joints don't like consecutive days. I run 4-5 miles each time. I'm new to running this year - I'm going to start doing speed drills this week.

    4 to 5 days a week. Never under 3 miles, and I haven't ran past 6 miles as of yet.

    I've only just started this week so I dunno if I count haha but I've been running monday, wednesday and will be running tomorrow again, I also swim on a sunday :)

    3-4 days a week, training for a half-marathon so I run anywhere from 3-5 miles right now (with mileage increasing every week).

    I also do cross training 2 days a week (spin class, heavy weights, and a boot camp class).

    I run between 6 and 10 times per week, taking off about 2 to 3 days a month. Weekday morning runs range between 6 and 10 miles, Long run right now is up to 14 miles. My double runs are usually between 3 and 5 mile.

    I currently run three times a week, and throw in a fourth if I really need to burn off some calories. Right now I do three miles per session, but I'm upping it by a half mile every week until I get to six.

    I just started running this past month, and for a week or so I was going every day but I found my legs and butt muscles were really tight (even with vigorous foam rolling). I'm down to every other day now, with 45-75 minutes of heavy lifting on the other days. I don't run far, usually between 4-5 km but since I plan to run a Tough Mudder next summer I'll have to get down to business increasing that.

    I do both of those in the evenings. Mornings on run days I do 20 min of pilates or so, mornings of strength days I do a BodyRock workout.

    Mine is similar although each week may be a bit different depending on how I feel.  This week is:
    Sun: AM 7 mi (tempo)  PM 4 mi
    Mon: AM 7  PM 3
    Tue: AM 6  PM 6
    Wed: AM 3  PM 5 (Speed)
    Thu: AM 4  PM 7
    Fri: 4 or rest
    Sat: 13

    if I feel like I need a day off, I'll take either a monday or thursday off (those are recovery days for me)

    3-5 times usually, sometimes more if I feel like it! usually at least 5k but often more like 8, and I do one long run a week in building for my next marathon.

    I run about 3-5 miles 2x a week. & almost always it's on the weekend. Would love to run more than that but I get bored of it real easy. Not many Loops to run at my house. Plus I used to run everyday, not good

    Right now I'm just a beginner so really I'm still doing a walk/run combo (and I have a previous ankle injury to watch out for), but I try to get in 5-6 days a week, for about 30-45 minutes. Once I'm able to go faster and non-stop I'll probably lower it to 4-5 days a week so I don't strain myself by doing too much for me.

    I've only been running for about 6 months (started with c25k), and I typically run 3 days a week. Working up to 10k now, I'm up to about 5 miles.
