Which Jillian Michaels DVD should I do after 30 Day Shred?

I've only done two days of the shred so far, but I love it and I love Jillian's training style! I'm planning ahead and trying to decide which of her DVDs I should pick up once the 30 days are up. Any suggestions?

    I am in about the same place as you! I think I may try the "Ripped in 30" next.

    I just finished the 30 day shred and stated ripped in 30. Only on week one but I love it. It seems to go by fast too, which is a bonus!

    I definitely recommend her Kickboxing Fastfix DVD.. it has 3 20-minute workouts (one for upper body, one for lower body, and one for abs). I think it probably burns more calories than 30-day shred, because it's heavier on the cardio and less so on strength moves. But it's wicked fun and a good stress reliever! You'll probably want to keep doing some other strength exercises, but the kickboxing is a great way to get in cardio.
