Losing Weight frustrated

Just looking for some input: I am struggling to lose weight. I am currently training for a marathon. I eat 1800-2000 calories a day, unless I train. I have one day a week I dont count calories. I just cant seem to loose. I will loose a few one week and gain it back the next.

    Set your diary to public. Also, log all 7 days a week. If you want to eat free on a day ok, but log it. Then you will be able to review total calories for the week.

    Both times I ran marathons I never lost. It's a terrible way to lose weight for me, maybe it's not for other people. I maintained, although my fitness was much better.

    Make sure you're giving your body enough food, but not too much. You might be burning a lot but it's not a free-for-all. Training for my first marathon I thought it was, which may have been part of my problem :)
