I don't have before and after pics, but i'm 5'3", I started at 127lbs, I am currently at 121....... I use the elliptical 30 min. a day and take a walk with my dog for 30 min. a day, I don't drink pop, I eat something small like a special k granola bar every morning, cook dinner at home as much as possible (try to keep it balanced, a protein, a starch, and a good veggie) and take leftovers to work for lunch so i'm not eating out, and I don't eat much junk food, maybe one small sweet snack after work or in the evening. I also take a Daily Multivitamin.0

Hi! I'm 27, 5'3" and about 129 lbs. Down from 132. My ideal weight is 115-120, so my first goal is to get to 120, then to maintain, work on tone, strength & endurance. I began Wii Zumba and work out with that, among others about 20-30 mins 4-6 times a week. I also have 2 children, (G 4, B 2) who keep me busy. Feel free to add me. The communication between those with alike goals is great!0

I'm 5'2" and ~128, looking to get down to 115 or a size 2 (in tops -- the pear shape in me knows size 2 jeans are pretty much impossible!) I started out 134 and it's taken four months just to lose these first six pounds, argh! Anyway, feel free to add me, I love having friends with similar goals!0

I'm 5'2 and I'm 112. Still want to lose about 5 more pounds then I'm going to really start workin on composition. As in, start focusing more on lifting versus regular cardio.
I want to hit 19% BF (:0
