Ladies and gentsI have a size 10 matron of honor dress to fit into by sept. 21 I am bouncing between 166 -163 on the scales this week and last and I need to get through this number im stuck at. Ten pounds in 30days leaves enough time to lose another 10 from aug to sept. (these ten pounds should help that zipper get to the top though much smoother by aug. ). So friend me if you like cuz I am in for the win. Can't wait to see the guidelines.0

count me in. i've started the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, I'm on day four I've been going to the gym as well to shed a few extra calories doing some cardio. I'm going to do it for the full 30 days..if anyone wants to stay motivated friend me,0

Anyone got stubborn fat to lose? Some of you might not have huge amounts of weight to lose but some stubborn fat. I'm not losing weight just now but would love to watch your progress and hopefully provide everyone with encouragement and support. Dieting is an emotional rollercoaster0
