Hi all

Am looking to build up my friend list and get as much support as possible. I'm 27 (for one more month! ) and I have an 18 month old girl! I really need to lose around 40 pounds of excess fat. I'm into exercise but also love food! So if you think you can help me stay on the straight and narrow please add me.

    Hi my name is Gina,
    im 27, 28 at the end of the year, i live in the uk. I need to lose at least 28 lbs, i lost 2 stone a few years back but decided this morning to get back on my healthy eating. I recently joined a gym so fingers crossed that will help :/. I have 2 little girls aged 4 and 5 and also love food, my weakness is picking at food whilst cooking for the girls.

    It would be great if we could help each other in our quest to lose weight :smile:
