    I love a water challenge!

My home is very warm and I find myself very hot all the time. It's a perfect excuse to drink water! I've gotten used to it also- and my water bottle makes it very easy for me to keep track of the amount of water I'm drinking. Also, I don't drink juices because I think that will make me not want water since it's a liquid. And instead of drinking juice and wasting my calories in "empty nutrients", I'd rather consume those calories in real food that I enjoy......

    cheers!!!!

    Mornin all

Hope you had a great weekend, I enjoyed having 4 days off even tho the guys had to work
I was out using a pick in our yard yesterday so I am a little soar today, 45 minutes on and off with a pick will wear you out in a hurry, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I am even enjoying the fact that I have 2 blisters on my hands from it:laugh:
my weight is going to be the same today because of TOM but I do feel my belly fat going away. My weight is not changing but I am feeling a diffrence . I am sitting here at my desk in a pair of jenas I could not get buttoned last week, they are still a little snug but I am sitting here and enjoying the fact that I am in jeans that I couldn't fit into last week :drinker:

I am in for the water challange and the commercials

Weigh-in for today: 237. Same as last week. But, given Thanksgiving... I'll take it. :flowerforyou: I WILL lose this week.

Hey everyone!! I actually weighed in lighter today, I was sooo excited--and starting to question the validity of the scale. I guess all that extra exercise and water made a huge difference! I changed up my exercise routine, I found some Cathe videos on fit TV and boy do they wear me out--in a good way!! So I did that today--I love it--I have not been challenged like that in some time!! It obviously made a difference. :drinker:

I am starting out this week as a new beginning. I had my last night of work on Saturday, shed a few tears  and now I am on my way to healthier and better routines! I was up at 5 am:yawn: to exercise and shower before my husband left for work. That worked out really well. Now to keep it up. I am logging all my food and exercise today. I am on my way to a new me!!

Don't forget to send me your weight today, I only have half of them so far!

Well this sucks. - What weight to use.
After normal morning routines, You know.....

Friday morning I was down to 193.
Sunday morning I was down to 192.

This morning, no "morning routine and had to get ready for work. 194
I would definately liked to have waited 2 hours and weight myself again.
    So I guess I use the 194 - LOL

Let's all keep up that water challenge.
I'm at 64 oz by lunch time.

At least you are down one lb even with your high weight! At least you weren't up over the weekend. On Friday I weighed 3 lbs more than I do today. I was very grateful for my scale today!!

I'm back from Texas, and had a great time. We went to the TCU football game, and spent a lot of time playing board games with family. After 4 days of no exercise, no opportunity to log food, and sitting next to 3 different kinds of cookies, 3 kinds of candies, 2 kinds of pies, and a cake while playing board games, I stayed the same for the week!! I consider it a victory, and hope to lose something this week. Hope you are all having a great Monday!

I really thought I would be up today on the scales after having family here for 5 days. Surprisingly I am down a pound. Must be the shopping. Plus I worked hard Saturday and Sunday.

    Good morning Beautiful blues,

I got up at 5:00am this morning and went to the gym, after a few days of not working out. Was at they gym for almost 2 hours and feel pretty good. I guess the body remembers from the last time you've worked out.

    Have a good day everyone!

Been drinking lots of water, and eating a little less in last week or so..
Got on the scale this morning 192.5 ( )

I'm 1/2lb away from getting out of the obese category.
Back to where I was around 3-4 weeks ago before my back started hurting.
I want to see those 180's again.

Keep it up blue team. Drink lots of water.:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Sounds like all my Blues are working hard! Sorry I've been so quiet - really busy time for me til mid Dec....hopefully I'll be able to pop in more. Keep working hard and remember it's YOUR choice to workout, it's YOUR choice what you eat....let's make GREAT choices!

Buy snacks for the guys that they like and you don't. If it's not there you aren't going to have the temptation/
