Hi,

I'm new to this site and am looking of other military wives to be my friend. I know we military spouses are security cautious but I want to find others like me going through this weight loss struggle. I think we have added stressors and factors that contribute to our wieght gain and ability to be as active as we want.

Please, I need some friends as my workout buddy that's been so motivational just PCSed.

    I am a former military wife. My husband got out about a year ago to be a stay-at-home-dad. I am, however, still currently serving in the military myself so I get what you are going through ;) Feel free to add me if you want!
