I'll admit I'm looking for some new ones but am also curious as to what kinds of music you guys listen to! All the playlists I've found online absolutely suck! Links appreciated Her are my top 5.

1. Heart of Courage: Two Steps from Hell http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRLdhFVzqt4 (The gymnast Alicia Sacramone uses this in her Floor)
2. 300 Violin Orchestra- Jorge Quintero http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shDNaFhPiJY (This is also apart of Alicia's mix for floor, it's GREAT for powering through a tough part of work out)
3. Requim For a Tower- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EF1iZH1F40s (Lot of versions of this but this is my favorite! Also very powerful)
4. Faxing Berlin: Dead Mau5- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KTxNTxTtm0 (This is great for a nice easy jog, warm up or cool down!)
5. Heart of a Champion- Nelly -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jwZBqGPgVE (Another great push through is songs)

Although it doesn't make my Top 5...Call me Maybe did make it to my workout play list, lol

I use jog.fm and find songs that match the running cadence I want to keep. I find that helps to keep me from slowing down.

To keep my bodyweight off my joints, my workout of choice at the moment is swimming. While I don't have headphones for the water yet, Flogging Molly is the music I've got playing in my head. I "listen" to an up tempo song while pushing myself the a short slow tempo song for my rest period. Lather, rinse, repeat for an hour until my workout is done.

    Black Friday Rule
The Wrong Company (my rest period song)
    Salty Dog
    The Wrong Company
    Seven Deadly Sins
    The Wrong Company
If I Every Leave This World Alive
    Drunkin Lullibies
    The Wrong Company

    3. Hear About It Later - Van Halen

Since I have had both knees replaced and would like to avoid anything high impact, I mostly do a stationary bike. I turn it on the two local stations that play today's music and anything with an up tempo works for me. I use a walkman lol...I know get with the times you old lady you lol

    1) Completely not my kind of music, but System of a Down - Radio/Video is THE best song to work out to. It gets progressively faster so I love listening to it while I'm on the elliptical and trying to keep up with the music!!

    2) T-Pain - Church

    3) Bob Sinclare - Rock this Party

    4) Britney Spears Vs. Cutback - Toxic Rhythm

    5) [This is my cringey one] Glee - Don't Stop Believing
