            With the heat, storms & power outages:frown: I didn't notice the new month challange but I'm in. My goal will be 40 miles. I just had a couple of questions if anyone can answer these for me.
1. How do you see the spead sheet at the end of the months? I didn't hit my goal in June but I just want to see the sheets.
2. Does any one know how many laps in a pool equals 1 mile? I want to get in the water so bad.

            21.9 miles since 7/2 weekly goal 30miles monthly goal just 100 miles. Still have an 8 mile walk to do tommarow. Did 8c25k today.

            Okay; I'll try this again....ended up at the locked thread.
So, yesterday I missed my normal walk with my neighbor in the morning b/c I had to go into work; however after work I did a real Kick Hiney workout from Tough Mudder - "Almost Mudder". It's an excellent Last Chance workout / all around tough circuit training.

We got up too late to go running today - it's supposed to get to 105 today; however hubby and I still went out for a walk and did 3.5 miles. Will have to get to bed earlier tonight so we can run tomorrow.
