    @benich and other newbies:

    First, welcome aboard.

    Here's how to do a ticker:

    Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
    Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
    Pick your ticker background and icon.
    On the next page you have to complete all the fields
    Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
    Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
    Come back here and paste it in your post.

    Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.

    What a great idea!

    I've set my goal for this month on the bike as well having a challenge at the end of the month to successfully climb England's highest mountain Scafell Pike in the Lake District (we climbed Snowdon a few months ago which is the highest in Wales & second highest in UK)

    Awesome idea. I'm doing couch to 5 K, so am going to concentrate on that ... I'd like to see 20 miles of running intervals this month, despite the nagging tendinitis in both Achilles.

    10.29 on the cycle this morning.

    10.29 miles down and 89.71 miles to go to my July goal.

    good luck with your hours but you must report miles or KM or you wont be tracked.....

    158 people pledged to move 13,226 miles in july
    22 people on track or ahead of schedule
    64 people moving but not on schedule yet
    72 people havent moved at all yet.....
