Here's how to do a ticker:
Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
Pick your ticker background and icon.
On the next page you have to complete all the fields
Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
Come back here and paste it in your post.
Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.

I have been so busy with work the last few days... Luckily I walk a lot lol I am up to 2.5 miles. Hitting the gym thurs so that will dramatically increase.

My left quad muscle is extremely tight sore and I could not run. Pissed me off but I still did the 3 I planned, it just took longer.

I tried copying and pasting the bb code, but when I try to post, only the code shows up with no image...thoughts?
Couple thoughts (not sure if either are the problem, but could be)
1. Be sure you are copying the bbCode and not the HTML code.
2. Do not copy the very last line - the one that just has: [ /url]
